°Fodor’s Top 10 Costa Rica Eco Lodges
ICT, San José, Costa Rica – April 5th 2011. Fodor’s www.fodors.com selected the Top 10 Costa Rica Eco Lodges according to their compromise and practice in sustainable tourism. Among the Top 10 Costa Rican Eco Lodges is also Lagarta Lodge Nosara!

°New rooms with Sustainable Concept
In December 2010 Lagarta Lodge inaugurated new rooms. The six large superior rooms are elegant and comfortable, have natural cross-ventilation and floor to ceiling windows capturing panoramic views of the pacific, the private reserve & the mountains. Not only the view – also the breeze from the ocean is fantastic and encourages the guests not to use the air-condition. Most of the furniture and decoration is made in Nosara or other parts of Costa Rica by local people. The Lagarta rooms don’t have television because the beauty of nature is omnipresent and lots of birds or howlermonkeys visit the trees around the hotel.
